your causaing a chemical reaction that creates a completely unwanted chemical ..that will damage the hair slowly

sleeping kkeeps them from being flat when they flatten in 1 directrion 1 night then another the nextniight they tend to go round

palm rolling will literaly do nothing it seemsd to help for a few hiurs but then they go right back to flat

and it weakens the roots causes frictiin dsamage and can thuin them

but crochet is the worse u cannot use it withoit damage to the hair

try this

pluck out a single hair

make a loop and pinch the 2 kmoose ends firmly then try usingthe hook to just pull it out of yoir grask

more then likely it will break the hair

thats just from oulling the hair itself the shoving it through the dreads the far more damaging thing

in a few monrths when u got hairs popping out all over ..way more then usual thats when you will see the damage it caused

welcome butcrochet was a huge mistake that will take a very long time to recover from

2nd dont use lemon or grapefruite in the bs/acv

1st acids and alkalinesshould never mix

2nd citric acid seeps insidethe hair shaft and bereaks it down

3rfd the bs acv recipe has to be just right 1 part bs to 10 oparts water

thge acv is flexivble based on age of dreads

and u shouldnt palm roll either 1st off it does noithing helpful at all at leasst jnothing that lasts longer then a day or 2 and it can caise permenent harm niot nearoly as bad as crochet but still not worth doing
