Welcome, Devon! I'm also 32 and wanted dreads for a looong time. I'm just over 3 weeks in to natural neglect method and my hair has sectioned itself and formed into baby dreads already. It's been really cool to watch the progress. I would definitely recommend going the natural neglect route. Peace on your journey!
