i just leave the hemp in when i shower. i used it to combine two dreads that should have been one and since i used thick hemp i'm guessing thats why it doesnt fall out. but if i were you i would maybe put something over it when you wash your dreads, cause i barely wash mine so thats probably why it hasnt come out yet haha.

read around heremost preffer the natural way but some are impatient and twist and rip which is finemost dont regret it but many who backcomb wax crochet etc end up regretting it and starting over ..usualy naturally

you will love the natursl method its the beststop combing and conditioningwash when u feel u needin a week ot 2 it will seperate into sectionsthen all u do is seperate those sections as they knot up so they dont try to combinethats bout it\it happens organicly going through a "messy" stage then very loopy kinky curly and crazy its organicly beasutiful and slowly they tighten up into more solid dreadsit will probly dread fast for u and they'll have alot of personality
