if you dread for spritual reasons (any) its illegal to descrin[iminate they can be sued if they fire you or if your dreds affect your pay in any way
dreads are a part of every religion there is (almost very few exceptions) and spiritualities too so your covered no matter what your beliefs
however you maty need to explain yourself and deffend your rights
but theres no way they can ever let dreads interfere with your work its illegal
