welcome 1st off never ever use a crochet hook on dreads 2nd thats a terrible shampoo to use

About 2 months ago, I had dreadlock extensions fitted to my naturally undreaded hair (they used the crochet method). My question is, do I have to have maintenance done? If I don't what's the worst that can happen?
