you really have no choice in the patience matter. they are like... reflections of my inner strength so, (in my mind anyway) if i want them to get longer, bigger, and better, then i'd have to work on whats inside. i wanted to learn patience and care and process, so my locks helped me learn all that. i'm still learning as well. they are fragile at first, and then one day they are their own entity, each one its own personality. its great. stick with it its so worth it.

your dreads look good! Can't wait for mine to look like that! I started in Jan and they fell out and I started them again. I'm a newbie to dreads and i'm impatient! were you patient in the begining stages of dreads?
