how long is too long to breastfeed

ok i joined this group specificly because ive seen this several times where parents would breastfeed way beyonde when the child was able to request feeding verbaly and well even into the teen years (1 who is 13 going on 14) ive seen it often up to 10 and yes it caused a very deep bond between mother and child but al=most too deep to where the relationship did not seem healthyti dont want to get into too much details without getting some ppl's thoughts on extended breastfeeding past say 3-5 years or beyond when they no longer can be called an infant.just so uu know i see too early weening can cause some issues as well, but the extreme extended (say past 10) to me just dioes not seem healthy
