welcome but wax is a scam and a dread killer it has to be removed and will never wash out you need wax b gone to get the wax out also..dont retwist that caused an epidemic of traction alopecia. insterad separate using the popping method only, never retwisting or interlocking that make the roots too tight, and kill the bloodflow causing hair loss
