Welcome. I guess you've heard about not palm rolling. It's true. Palm rolling will only cause serious problems down the line. Nothing that shows up right away, but in about a year, the roots will start to thin out, and there will be just about nothing you can do to help them, other than wait for them to snap. Trust me. I palm rolled for about 2 weeks, in the beginning, and I've been fighting to fix the damage for about 8 years

your very cute tho the whoile time i was in tulsa..several months..only saw 1 person that was relativly attractive
so many meth heads and alcaholics etc..
luckily we lived in a log cabin in the woods..that was the only nice part of being there
and god the weather siuuuuucked

but woulodnt bother palmn rolling it does nothing at all any effects very temporary but the damage can be permenant
