Unfortunately, a hat is part of the uniform. Wouldn't be able to wear anything else aside from a hairnet underneath.

Hey, just signed up to this site, everyone seems friendly andknowledgeable. I intend on starting my dreads pretty soon, but here's my issue: I work in the kitchen of a restaurant, and after work my hair always smells REALLYstronglyof the kitchen (it's a pretty bad smell). I don't think it would do me any favors to be washing my hair every single time I work, so what ways can I prevent the scent from lingering? Thanks
