Two Years with Dreadlocks!
General Talk
Congrats Shade, its such an exciting journey. I'm 4 months into mine and pushing on. Much love and peace.
Send a message to Soaring Eagle since i don't know the ratio of soda to water and vinegar to water. You can always have a google online and see what the ratios are. This is what we use for a deep clean but you can use it as a general wash aswell.
Firstly i wouldn't use head and shoulder shampoo thats probably whats causing the problem since it's a shampoo that has residue in it. Is this what you normally use? Maybe you could try a deep clean with Baking soda and Apple cider vinegar to get out what you can.
Thats a great story, glad you decided to join us in the end. We're all here for your support if you have anything you need don't hesitate.
Peace and love.
Just wash, separate and leave them to do their thing. They'll soon sort themselves out. Goodluck.
I've had wooden beads in my hair from the beginning and never taken them out, 3 months in and not got a problem with them. Thats with washing every 3 days in the morning and leaving the thoroughly dry throughout the day and possibly taking a hair drying to it briefly before bed to make sure it is as dry as possible.
It doesn't leave residue it's fine, i've been using it for months. It also makes your hair super knotty so will help a bunch. Don't use any conditioner it will only make you go backwards.
Peace and love.
