i got that nag champa shampoo... so happy smelling lovely all day! and my head seems a whole lot less itchy!

my ears are just red but my scalp seems to be flaking a bit :/
i'm using dr bronner's at the moment but i was told that the type of water in my area doesn't allow it to rinse very well... i plan on changing soaps pretty soon... it'd be cool if the few issues i'm having were solved by a simple change in soap
ok, so this might seem a little weird...
i started my dreads a couple months ago, early august. since then, i've noticed an increase in heat on my head...i think this makes some sense, as my hair is denser/thicker/holding heat in. along with this warmth, my ears have been getting increasingly hot, to the point that my friends have pointed out that they look extremely red. i'm wondering if anyone else experiences this, or if it's totally non-related. is it possible are my ears red-hot from body heat...could this be a weird reaction to soap or something...or am i just and angry cartoon character?

I'm running into the same problem as you are, it's very difficult to get the soap to rinse out. The water might be the issue... I live in Michigan, so that would make sense, I think.
