I only have a couple more questions to bother you with haha. Im guessing ACV is apple cidervinegar? Also, at work I have to have my hair back, would having it in a ponytail slow down the process any?
and you jsut add those too 1L of water mix rise and set for 10 minutes?

Alright, thank you! I'm about 2 week into natural dreads and a couple ok looking knots have popped up and just wanted to know the best way to keep them on their course 
I was just wondering if there was a good ratio of water to soda/salt that I should use or even how much water I should use. I've heard a lot of different ways of doing this, one person told me just to mist my hair with a spray bottle with salt in it and I've heard that I should do a full rinse with one of the mixtures. Just look for some opinions on here before I try any of them.
