Dreadlockshampoo review needed

Introduce Yourself

How much length you think until it starts to dread? Like how much time would it approximately take? I'm not counting on the answer you give me to be 100% accurate because obviously everyones hair is different and dreads at different rates.

Dreadlockshampoo review needed

Introduce Yourself

May I please get a review on liquid dreadlockshampoo, the dreadlockshampoo bar, and the lock magic locking gel. I have hair to short to dread now (about 1inch) I have thick coarse Caucasian hair. On dreadlockshampoo website they say the liquid shampoo is for new dreads. Does this mean the bar soap is for mature dreads? Mine haven't even formed yet, If I use the liquid method or bar soap method I am obviously going to massage the soap into my scalp/hair. Will the "massaging of the soap" prevent my hair from dreading as fast comparing it to the BS/ACV wash. Because the BS/ACV wash is extremely gentle, would that make my hair dread faster? Thanks a lot -Teddyjo

Cigarette smoke and dreads

Dreads Hair and Scalp Health

I know dip isn't the same asSmoking a cigarette but they have nicotine to make peopleAddicted, so hopefully my other post gave you some positive advice, everyone is different and other things work for other people. But tobacco company's are there just to take people's money and get em addicted so they makeMore and more money. That don't care about there consumers obviously, just about theirMoney. So do you really want to give someone like that your own money?

Cigarette smoke and dreads

Dreads Hair and Scalp Health

Honestly I was hardcore addicted to dip. I would pack 8-10 pouches at a time and it got in the way of some stuff. I tried stopping also and would go weeks/months at a time but the cravings never went away. The way I finally got to stop was from coming to the realization that I was addicted to dip and that I always used it as a crutch to get through my days (the feeling was just something to look forward to) but Being a slave to something addictive and unhealthy was just not something I wanted to be doing anymore. So from then on I just stopped dipping and layer off of drinking for awhile and ever since have had zero cravings.. I don't know If your into marijuana, but it never arose a craving for me, personally it makesIt easier to quit from a mental standpoint. But alcohol did give cravings for sure. I drink occasionally now and never have had a problem with cravings. Now I don't need to drink or burn or dip just cause. I can be 100% fine without it for months cause I'm at peace with myself. But I still smokeMarijuana cause it's just a miracle plant :)

Quick question(s)

Dread Maintenance

Do you guys just pour the BS/ACV over your head? Use a spray bottle? Or do you actually massage it into your head? Also, it just seems much easier to buy dreadlockshampoo. Why would one use BS/ACV instead of dreadlockshampoo? Do you have to massage dreadlockshampoo into your scalp? I heard doing so may loosen knots up. Is that true? If your just starting dreads, what do you prefer, BS/ACV? Or dreadlockshampoo

By soaking b4 chlorine, do you mean to just get my hair soaked in normal shower water? And by "wash after with soap" is dr. Bronners diluted 1-12 okay as "soap"

Alright thanks, how bad is chlorine for your hair (going In a pool)? And how bad is going in a lake? While I still have short hair, should I just simply hop in the shower and rinse with just water after going into a lake or pool or ocean?
