ive had dreadlocks for 1 year but they dont seem to be growing that much;c scince i made they have only grwon about 1in. at first theoy were 5 inches long and now they are about 6 inches.... does anyone know what can i do to make my hair grow faster??

does this still works if i only use baking soda and water?? or is it necesary to use all the oils??
