Nah dont do any root rubbing or anything like that so i think ya got it. Can this be cured or have I buggered it up?

if not then rubber bands are the cause for sure
Yeah I reckon the tnr method did put a lil strain on the hair but i did do the mistake of leaving rubber bands in for a month but took em out as soon as I found this website!
There like thick little balls of matted hair holding on to five or 6 roots its like the sectioning has shrunk, weird :S but i dont know if it means anything but my hair is only like 6 inches long so in the long run it shouldnt matter too much..... right? >.< but i will deffo leave em alone 
Heyhey! Thought you guys would be the best ones to come too for some piece of mind during my crazy stage (3months in).
Just stroked the side of my head to see how they felt and a clump of matted hair fell out kinda looks like a dread has fallen out but its kinda small so I felt around some more and some of the little dreads only have a couple of hair roots holding them in place (my sectioning was bigger then how they are now) and feel super weak.
Was just wondering is this normal for these little dreads to 'die' 
I have quite thin hair and the little dreads seem to mostly be behind my ear or tucked away under loose hair if that helps at all?

I remember reading somewhere that beads squesh the dread inside so the section of dread in the bead doesnt dread? Is that true coz it sounds daft lol
Ahhh.. fair play.. Nice one cheers was getting a lil worried then.. you say there just the blue prints. The sectioning has gone aswel is that still cool? Its like there locking up nice around the sides n what have you but just the whole of my back head is just flat straight hair all the sectioning has gone Is that normal? Sorry about the questions

then I got lice O.o was not impressed So as im currently still battling the lice i kinda itched the hell out of the back of my head and I think i must of unravelled a patch of baby dreads at the back Should I tnr them again once iv killed the little buggers? The hair at the back aint even frizzy its just straight hair that curls at the tip. Oh n my hair is around 5 - 6 inches! Oh n there about 2months oldPeace

HeyHey! Im totally new to this awesome website and new to dreads! Not totally freaking out coz no matter how my dreads turn out there gonna be awesome jus because there dreads and thats what its all about! Just a little question my hair is a little thin and I dont have an overly big head so my sections are kinda big id say about 1.5 to 2inches and I only have about 31 new dreads. Are my dreads when they mature a little more are they gonna cover my head or just be massive dreads hanging from my head? I only ask coz I see people with dreads n they look like they have hundreds! Im sorry if this has already been covered but I am a tad worried!
