Hi all! Im Dominiqu im 18 and from the UK.
Ive literally just started my loc journey...as in 2 days ago lol, before that i had a TWA ( a teeny weeny afro- about 3 inches long) and before that i was completely bold i was in love with both styles but since moving away from home for Uni i found it difficult to maintain my fro sooo i decided to loc it all up! i have caribbean hair which is about 3 inches, i used to two strand twist method, with a locking jel i made myself because i want to keep my hair as pure and natural as possible it was made up of
* 1 cup of 98% pure Aloe Vera Gel
*2 table spoons of Sweet Almond Oil
*10 drops of Lavinder Oil
*10 drops of Geranium Oil
Its smells scrummy and locked my hair beautifully!!
Im new to all of this and loving it already!!! and im sooo looking forward to being on my loc journey
