Come on little babies, grow already please!!!

General Questions

Mine are totally natural, I didn't use backcombing or anything and my hair is super tin and fine. Yours are so pretty! Well I guess I'll just wait and see! I'm also taking prenatals too see if that helps at all. Thank u for your input!! Have a wonderful day!!! :)

usually around 1 year they stop shrinking but it's different for everybody. A lot depends on weather or not there were any starter methods used and mainly what type of hair texture you have and sometimes the length you started with. Some people experience many stages of shrinking and then gaining length just to start with the shrinking again. Some people have very little shrinkage. So basically ya gotta wait and see! I started 9 months ago with hair to my bum and now it's at my shoulders and it has pretty much stopped shrinking now I *think*. :o)

General Questions

Hello everyone out there!!! So I've had my dreads for 7 months now, and I feel lime they are still shrinking. About how long do the shrink up for? Especially the already tight ones. Just curious how long it took for others. :)

Everything with hair is cumulative. So, it may be okay for now, but it could become a problem over time. If your scalp begins to feel sensitive or sore then you may want to alternate with something else. Another problem is that if you wash so often (like daily), as your dreads thicken and mature and get much longer...you will find that they are staying wet for too long. Just make sure that they dry fully before you go to bed or stuff them into a tam or hat and you will be fine! :) Welcome to the group by the way...nice to meet you.

Too much BS & ACV????

Introduce Yourself

Hey guys, I wash my hair everyday or at least every other day. Do you think I should use the bs & acv everytime, or just for a deep cleanse? I just don't want my scalp to get dry & itchy. What do ya think??? Thanks!!!

Need bead help!!!

General Questions

Hello everyone!!!!! How exactly do you put beads in without messing up your dread? They do need to be a little tight so it won't fall off the end right? I love the way they look!!! So cute!!!!
