Does hard water have a bad effect on how well baking soda cleans? because i have hard water and i absolutely hate it. and i just wonder if it has a bad effect on my hair.
(I know its not as good as soft water but im stuck with hard water so theres nothing i can really do which is a pain.)
How often should i do the ACV + BS rinse? Ive heard people say once every few months and ive heard some say once every couple weeks and i dont know really how often to do it.
I have some "Anti-Residue Shampoo" i noticed while looking around at all my shampoos. Is this worth using? Or should i stay away from it? And if i can use it... Since i only wash my hair about once a week maybe a little longer should i just use that Shampoo everytime i wash it? Should i dilute it in water when i use it?
Oh and another question ive been reading about the baking soda and ACV rinse.. Is sea salt a must have? because if it is i would have to buy some.
Or is it okay to just use BS and ACV Without the sea salt?

I Have Baking Soda And I Have Tea Tree Dr Bronners... Dr Bronners Makes My Hair Feel Weird.. Its Probably Because I Have Hard Water.. So Ive Decided To Test Out Baking Soda Rinse. But I Dont Know What I Need To Mix It... I Have A Regular Sized Cup I Use To Wash I Will Be Mixing The Baking Soda In That. But What Do I Need? I Only Have Baking Soda And Water Obviusly... And Tea Tree Dr Bronners.. Can I Just Mix Water And Baking Soda Then Just Pour It On My Head?
i have these 2 locks and they seem to be seperating from eachother and making 2 seperate ones ummm.... like the roots are still locked together but the ends are separating and forming 2 dreads it looks like. i have a couple of these forming what do i do? just let them be? or try to keep them together?
