Sea salt soak and baking soda wash

Before i wash my hair i use a mixture of sea salt and water, 2 tablespoons sea salt and 2 cups water, then i let it sit for like 2 hours, then rinse. I also started washing with a mixture of bakeing soda and water today. I was useing prell for first 2 washes. i used 4 tablespoons arm and hammer, and 4 cups warm water then stirred. pourd it over my head and let it sit for 15 minutes. Then rinsed with like-warm water.ANY FEEDBACK WILL BE ACCEPTED AND CONSIDERED
