yea thats the site i seen .... its great .. was thinkn bout getn one wit lil more slouch .. my hairs aready sectioned itself its jus not tight yet only like 2 baby locks n the back ... but it shud get a lil tigher n time for work ... an tam wud help n that enviroment i cud jus flop my hair around to seperate it after work i guess to get the wierd shapes outthx !

thx .. yea i have a elastic band like one of those bigger ones its not tight on my hair at all yet .. i mean its not hard to get fitted caps but yea i dont want my hair to shape wierd its aready formy nicely :P .. and yea i sen a black wool tam on of these requested sites here i think ill get it .. its gonna be a month or so now b4 work probably anyways unexpected problem came up whew atleast itll get my hair time to form a lil better an get tighter :D thx 4 ur advice :D

ahmm ok this week ill be goin to get job and what if they put me on at a factory or sumthin wit alot of dust or grease, grease especially cant keep touchin my hair to keep it out of my eyes at moment so ? so i wud like to know at the moment if i dont have a tam wat else is a good idea? is a plain ol' cap ok to jus pull my hair back ? or is it safe to use a elastic band that doesnt really pull my hairs but for long hours at time may make my hair shape wierd since its jus now startin to stay in form .. any advice ? and where can i find a good plain black tam thats pure wool ?

yea of course u can eat meat but its jus not healthy for ya ..overall anyways

ahmm soaringeagle spoke very well about this ur bodies not meant for meat .. im vegan too and meats jus not good 4 u especially red meats .. and its not like u have to eat meat to get protein and other nutirents, iron etc. u have nuts, beans, and spinach so i dont feel weak i work our an play sports jus like everone else at the gym when i go .. and i eat fish but only wit scales n fins not only becuz im rastafarian but also fish witout scales n fins are very toxic also ...
