Are Thin Dreads Harder To Lock? Cause Mine Have essentially turned into Stray hairs Everywhere With No Seperation. Also Does Excessive Palm Rolling And Twisting Actually Prolong The Locking Process Cause I feel That Im Actually Making Negative Impact By Palm Rolling. Last Question, If Im Not Combing My Hair Im Making Progress Right?

Introduce Yourself

I've been trying to lock for about a week, I backcombed not to tight and I didn't use any wax or anything except a salt spray every other day. I went swimming today and it seems like there falling out. There is definitely still alot of lock but the ends are loose and there is a lot more loose hairs, not only frizzies but also loose hairs. It's still knotted but I just want some advice on weather I should backcomb some of them again or just let them go.
