Hello Everyone, I am new here. I have been growing my hair out for a few years in hopes of getting Dreadlocks. So, as my New Year's Resolution, I decided I would finally start my journey.
I'd like to go through with the Backcombing method as I feel I need a somewhat consistent size would be more suitable for me. I would end up building character to each individual dread so they are not all plain.
Welp, here is my question; "How should I be taking care of my hair before I begin? I know washing but more details such as products to use etc."
