3. no, do not palm roll.

4. No need to wait three weeks, you could wait a week at the most, if you wanted to.

5. Wash your hair 1-3 times a week. twice is good! Yes, those are the correct ratios on the shampoo.

6. You just have to wait. Everyone's hair is different.

7. Once again, you have to wait.. Wispy tips help your locks dry faster.

questions 1-2 are both ok, you can do those things. You should look around this site in order to find the ratios.. Look up "Sea Salt Ratio" not sure about the ratios on the oils.. If you washing with a shampoo, you shouldn't "need" the oil rinses, but they could help. Much love and peace to you.. SE might be able to help you on the ratios.

How do you take your vegan coffee?

And don't let people fool you into thinking that the vegan diet isn't satisfying lol.. I have never been more satisfied with my food choices.. Plant based foods are delicious! Mangoes, Pineapple,Dates,Figs,Avocados, Kiwi.. I could go on and on. I think part of the reason some don't really enjoy plant based foods to their fullest potential is because they begin to rely so much on artificially flavored and processed products that it begins to "weaken" their taste buds. I am not taking sides into saying this is wrong or right, because I respect free will, and believe that if a person so chooses to eat such foods, it is their body and their choice! :D Wishing you all much love and peace on all of your journeys!

hehe.. I remember the moments in which I transitioned from vegetarian to pretty much vegan.. I still eat honey on occasion, so I am not 100% vegan, but yeah.. The transition took me a little while (took me a few months when I actually started trying.. Was a vegeterian for about 7 months before I started eating mostly vegan).. The last thing I gave up was cheese/dairy! :P Don't get discouraged.. It may take a little while to find the alternatives but through time you will more than likely find various vegan things that work well for you in place of non-vegan items! :D

And yeah, SE also has a point, like I mentioned earlier, I am 18 and have a gray hair(possibly more than just that one) already so idk.. It isn't unheard of that we can get gray hairs at the age of 18 lol. Personally, I think a couple of gray hairs here and there can actually really add to a person's beauty, but that is my opinion hehe.

Also, are the gray hairs strong, or do they fall apart really easy(like, by simply rubbing them in your hand)? It still seems like a pet/animal may be the culprit lol, but I am not really sure considering what you said.. Cat hair does tend to spread like allll over the house the cat is in lol. Also, like I said, if you have any friends who have any animals, you could be getting that fur/hair in yours.

You know, I'm not really sure what it would mean if your hair was shedding and turning gray.. Unless it was gray before it shed.. Does your scalp feel particularly dry or oily? Also, do you know what is in the soap/shampoo?(everyone reacts differently to different things :P) Much love and peace to you! :D

Well see, the thing is, my cats both have very small amounts of gray hair, but even sometimes their darker hair can seem lighter when it is one or 2 strands. If it isn't your cat it could be hair that has shed.. What do you wash with? :D

Yeah, I freaked out a bit when I started pulling my cats hair out of my hair at first lol.. Was trying to find out why I had tiny gray hairs coming out of my hair hahaha.
