I was wondering if it is ok sometimes to just rinse and not do a full acv bs wash.
just wondering because the only time I get my hair wet is when I was which is like once or twice a week.
it's whitish, Thank you so much SE i know i can always count on you for good info!!!
usually warm with the acv and bs. then a final rinse of very cold.
I workout about 5 days a week, when i sweat and scratch my head I get this white goo under my fingernails. that is not the main problem it then seems to dry and harden up. I feel like its clogging my pores. I wash about 2-3 times a week should i do it more often. My dreads haven't even started to form yet due to my hair being too short. So does anyone have any insight on how to fix this. Thank you.
ok! so should i wash with the acv first or the baking soda!? and how much should i dilute it?
i usually just fill a gallon of water up and put a little acv in then i rinse then one last cold water rinse. I never have done the bs though, should i on top of that. I also work out 5 days a week so i sweat like crazy causing my head to itch
sometimes acv or bronners, i try not to touch it too much though, it just could be because its too short! i hope im not doing anything wrong!
My hair is still fairly short, id say around 5 inches.. i have sort of curly hair, any idea why what's going on, I didnt expect to have dreads this quick buy my hair doesn't even look any different than it did a month ago
I just started my natural dread journey about 3 months ago. Every day I wake up my hair is a mess and when I go into work my boss always has something to say. My hair is just starting to interlace and i think in acouple of months they will lock up. The only problem i have is when I wake up the front of my hair all clumps together and forms a V on my forehead how can i fix this? and is there anyway I can make it look more presentable in the work place?
