is it ok to just rinse instead of wash?

just wondering because the only time I get my hair wet is when I was which is like once or twice a week.

whats the point in rinsing vs washing unless your way hot and want to cool off rinsing wont clean u but it the same as swimming if u wanna get wet get wet

if u want to get clean then get clean...by washing

In the heat of August, I have rinsed my hair in super cold water to just cool my head down hen I am going o go outside for a while. It's not bad for your hair.

What's important is that your hair doesn't get wet for long periods time.
