I am also 32 and I'm on day 11 of my natural neglect journey.I love that quote from Bob Marley. It reminds me that it is really all "in my head". That's where true freedom is won.
Wow! The way you describe the drum circle experience is right on, SE.I remember feeling so alive and connected, like time didn't exist. I wasn't able to drum for long, cuz my hands hurt, butI loved to dance!I really miss going; been pretty wrapped-up with baby and child care the last several years.I've been thinking a lot lately about selling my electric guitar stuff that I never use anymore and buying a drum or maybe a wooden flute. I bet Spirit would send some fellow drummers my way if I put the vibe out there.
