The second I started rinsing out the soap from the section of my hair thats not dreaded, I could feel the difference. I used the bar soap on the back of my head, and the heair feels nice and tight, clean and light. I felt like My hair wasnt getting clean enough from the Baking Soda, so I am very excited.

The Smell is odd, not quite what I thought it would be, but the samples she sent me are GREAT. One smells kinda like Green Soap (tattoo soap), I like that one allot. I justdon'tknow which scent that is supposed to be.
Thanks!, I cant wait for them to be longer though. Still cant pull them back with out a hair tie. Maybe when I finally can, Ill put a face shot up. LOL
So, Its been what, like 2-3 years? Here is yet again, another update. The front still doesnt want to lock up the way it should. Which is kind of a bummer. But I love my hair! Im no longer welding, so I dont have to wash my hair like I used too. I have one concern, before I upload photos, the tips of some of my dread locks are rock hard, like they hurt almost. I have a buddy who has locks, and all his are supper soft. Whats up with that?

So its been a while since Ive had a chance to post, been a busy summer/fall. But I know I have more than one dreadlock now :P
Stillhasn'treally had a chance to lock up in a few places, but over all my progress is great. IMO. Heres a couple shots

4 Months in, I have some pretty solid locks goin on. I dont think Im getting them very clean I wash them on monday and on fridays. They end up feelin kinda greesy,so I bought some soap from that new dreadshampoo site. About 2 weeks ago I decieded to stop combing the rest of my hawk. I figure once the rest of my hawk starts dreading ( If I dont shave them off. ) Ill just let the sides grow out.

I can allready tell themaintenanceis gonna get old as far as the undreaded part of my hair, i might eventually just let the back take over in a kind of dread hawk haha.
I can feel plenty of tangles and knots right now, a tinny baby dread kinda poped next to the back combed one, but it could be gone tomorrow. Quite the adventure.
