roots only need time to lock but many ppl believe falsly that they need to lock much closer to the scalp then is healthy they try to force it to dread right to the scalp which halts dreading and causes all sorts of probs..just leave em and they take care of themselves except u should seperate so they dont grow togetherthats about all they ever need
