welcome i hope u removed the wax if not www.dreadlockshampoo.com makes wax b gone wich is the only sure way to remove wax from dreads ..i wouldnt recomend ever retwisting

the interlocking severely over tightens the rootsand most likely did pull some out of the scalp id recomewnd getting a refund (it would be great if u could donate 1% or more to thye site to help others not make these mistakes) can u post a few photos so we can see whats up including a closeup of the roots/scalp

never go to a stylist!

interlocking is 1 of the worse things she can do and so is wax

u need wax b gone to remove that then dont palm roll just wash often..every few days with a dread shampoo and give them time to lock it takes awhile but asd long as thst wax is gonje they will locklk but they wont lock with sticky crapl in them

I honestly have no idea I asked the stylist and she said it was her own mix and she couldn't tell me...it was yellow, she compared it to wax. She also interlocked my hair I'm working on taking those out right now. I'm contemplating on washing them myself and palm rolling or continue doing the pinch and twist ....or going back to her having her wash them and reapply her stuff till they don't need it anymore? They look good I'm just not sure if they really are locking up.full process was a shampoo, light backcomb, one direction palm roll with that liquid, sat under a dryer and then she interlocked them.
