new share options including instantshare

i added some new share options to increase sharing and teafic

below each post is now a share button thats new, over there---> is a floating share bar that also displays an ad for a couple seconds (i might remove or change how that behaves )

and best of all

over there<----- an instant share or so called frictionles share option

with that 1 u have the option to either click to share or turn on instant share to facebook

this is huge if you do instant share that can cause a massive increase in trafic to the site

to use click it sign in and allow the app to post to facebook

then turn on the instant share switch and your done

im not sure but i think the instant share only autoshares new posts and conten t

please test it out and let me know how u like it

if alot of people use it it could make a massive difference
