best way is go natural

hust stop combing and conditioning asnd wait for dreads to form

other ways are twist and rip (necxt best to natural) or twists (if your black) or backcomb (im not a fan)

theres other ways too but id never recomend them

if your able natural is the best way to go

no products at all ever and no tools ever

Despite what the dread product companies tell you, you don't NEED wax to start and develop awesome dreads. All hair types will dread without any products at all.

Read our FAQ and the dreading methods guides... there is tons of info on this site to help get you started.
