When I first heard the suggestion I thought It never would work. But when a friend suggested I try I figured whats to lose. I STILL have dreadwax in my hair leftover from halloween.

Now I have no idea why peanut butter can get gum/wax out of hair but it worked GREAT for me. So i wanted to throw it out there to anyone who is having a "wax" issue so at least try it.

all hair types are different, so results may vary. I have thin straight "white boy" hair so maybe the so maybe thats why it worked so well for me.

GOOD LUCK all you waxvictimsout there.

Luckily I didn't have alot of wax left in. Just a few troublesome areas. I think thats why it worked for me.And i didn't scrub handfuls or anything, just a few pinches in specific places.

its kinda funny weve come full circle

years ago ppl put peanut butter in dreads thinking it helped em dread wax came along to replace it and wax users thought thank god we dont have to use peanutbutter anymore now we are putting peanutbutter in to get rid of the wax thinking thank god we finaly got the wax outt

it is definately best to never put anything in to begin with
