ive been dreading for 5 months now and theyre coming along good.
im doin it all natural so theyre kind of sectioning themselves off and i just seperate if they start eating eachother.
bbut some of them are sectioning off small.
does that make a weak dread? should i try to join the small ones with bigger ones?
i had 1 the thickness of the letter l on your screen and that was 2 dreads joined together it was over 4 feet long and strong
if its undammaged any dread thick as a pencil should be plentry strong mine only started breaking after reaching the ground
also be aware that thin dreads thicken over the 1st year or so
if the root sections are pencil or thiccker they will be nice and string if u stay natural
an inch thick dread will supoet about 500 pounds easy pencil size problt 100
how thyins thin
also u domt gotta make em combine just allow em to by not seperating
i havent seperated in 3 years to let most combine so theyre stronger 20 years from now when that parts at the floor
