loose hairs

I know 3 months is kinda soon to be worried but....I have so many loose hairs! I look like a giant ball of angora yarn...I don't use (and never have) any products and I used the twist and rip method to get my dreads. I use a non residue/residue removing shampoo approx. 2-3 times a month. I'm having a terrible time with itching and flaking and fuzzy dreads with long flyaway hairs everywhere! I was sleeping with my hair in a ponytail, but for the last month I started sleeping with it loose. Am I doing something wrong? Help please!

stop using the anti residue shampoo thats not non residiue its anto residue its made to strip away the residues left by heavy conduitioners but leaves its own residues and is not dread appropriate (except to use as a pre-dread residue stripper to prepare the hair for dreadiness)

switch to the baking sida acv teatree rosemary pepermint mix u wont itch any more

and

ignore the loose hairs
