Hi guys I'm new here and just a question about perming my hair whilst I had dreads Ive been growing neglect locks for a couple of years but want to keep all my hair at the front loose and am wanting to perm it, will this damage my dreads? I've attached and image of my hair and also one I would like it to look like thanks

nice dreads but only seethe 1 pic
if u can permjust the front not the dreads maybe its ok but perms can fry the hair and mske it brittle sometimes
id be careful not to get the perm solution on the dreads
if u have the other image add it
