my TNR timeline 6 month update

After a little over 1 year of neglect and no progress, I decided to TNR.

Before TNR (1 year neglect)

TNR ( forgot to take more, maybe day 2 or 3)

1 month after TNR

The back seems to me separating more than the sides, but tangling together more at same time (if that makes sense)

Well thats 1 month. Not sure if I should be separating or anything, not really doing much, just letting it do its own thing.

2 months update.

Here is the back, its pretty messy back there, trying to separate some, a couple fell out completely but are mixing with others.

sides seem to stay little tighter than back.

3 Months

just about 3 months, have a lot of loose hair now but also a lot of knots. have to separate every day now because its going nuts. kind of hard to do sometimes.

back is dreading up pretty good i think. sides a little slower but still going

u might want to seperate every now and then because it dreads slow tho it wont need it often

ok i have been separating every few days or so, some i cant separate so ill just leave them alone i guess.

updated with 2 month pics too.

3 month update in main post. what do I do about the loose ones? leave them alone or re-rip? the right side is staying together but the left has a lot of loose ones. also have some short hair in front that came out. im thinking it will just catch on to another dread at some point?

Dreads are looking awesome dude...loving the big thick chap at the back. Happy dreading.

4 month update in main post. have a lot of crazy loops going on now, though hard to see in pics.

5 months update. pics above. . back looks pretty gnarly, and one side is dreading faster than the other. but im digging it.

6 month pics up. wife doesnt like the back too much, says its too crazy. i fuckin love it!
