but u mentioned u use rubber bands ..take them out right away they cause a dozen serous issues and are nothing but trouble

I grow my hair to about 31/2 inches then matted my hair with a wool hat and did the r&t method I have the bands for temp my hair locks fast so they will come out next week its to prevent interlocking
