If you use wool rubbing on hair, would you still consider it neglect method since I'm not using it to start dreads, just encourage them. Also, is it damaging to your hair?thanks, and Jah bless

How damaging at that point then? And how aggressively?
well..having never done it i cant say for sure but its easy to imagine it crunching the hair up wich causes weak spots at the bend points it would have to be more aggressive then you typicaly dry your hair with a towel..so if u kept it about like that then i cant see it doing much harm
