Front of hair won't dread

I've been trying to dread my hair for about 5 months now using neglect I just wash my hair using the BS/ACV method about twice a month. I've got about 30 dreads that have started around my head, but the front 2 inches of my hair refuses to dread. All of my dreads are either on the sides, back, or top of my hair. My hair is about 10 inches all over and I have curly caucasian hair. What should I do? Should I try TnR or just wait longer? I just want the rest of my hair to start dreading.

wait longer front will aqlways dread last and you should be washing way more often minumum weekly but 2 or 3 times a weeks best

wash more often & wait longer. the hair around the face is soft & takes longer than the rest anyways. 5 months isn't very long at all, i didn't even have my first knot by then! give it time, love & time!
