Thing is my friend did them in a way that breaks the hair of the root a bit. The way eh does breaks the hair too much i believe, so removing them i will end up with less hair. I've been growing it for 4 years, it's not really like i can start all over again without shaving it all off.

I checked out the pics and they look like there gonna be pretty phat. I like them but the thicker they are the longer they'll take to dry. Ur only 4mths in and still have a ways to go. If that were my set I'd leave them alone other than serparating after washing. Just my opinion.....
I have a few pretty thick. What do you mean by separating them after wash?

after washingt pull each dread away from the neighbours so they dont grow together
