Curly hair... different textures.... HELP!

I have very tight curls. It has been 5 months for me. All natural, no shampoo just baking soda and tea tree oil. Occasionally a dread shampoo bar. My hair is looking awesome, a bit crazy but awesome. All except for the front! The front of my hair refuses to tangle. It is a slightly finer texture than the rest of my hair. Am I just being impatient? Is there anything else I can do? I promise I will post some updated photos very soon.

The front takes longer to dread up, possibly because you don't sleep on the front of your head. Just be patient :)

I have really curly hair as well. Im around 6 months now and the back is fully knotted and my sides have just started showing signs of tangling so i think it's normal :)
