Fluff embedded in dreadlocks

I have been wearing lately a favourite red jumper only to discover bits of red fluff that have become deeply embedded in my dreadlocks. I have to pull the fluff out with tweezers which unknots my dreads. Would a BS dep cleanse or something similar be a better option to remove the fluff or should I just stick to tweezers?

Cheers

Mine get so deeply knotted in with the knots that even tweezers don't get them out lol so I just live with it. There is a deep cleanse Soaring Eagle posted that he said got out the lint he'd had in his dreads for a long time, but can't find it.

i still got plenty tweezers are 1 option someone said they use a soft bristle toothbrush to brush it out

but no bs wont remove it

only picking it out will

i lived with mine thinking it added color for 23 years but now its gotten to be a lil too much
