Ok so I've washed three times do far in two weeks with just water, our awesome dread father Soaring Eagle has told me to wash with the BS/ACV method, I plan on using some sea salt water afterwards (after BS/ACV, the sea salt water I'm using is sea salt mixed with water) what our the recipes for BS, ACV, and Sea Salt Water? And how long will I keep BS in there and ACV, and I'll do sea salt very last to wash out the ACV

no use the sea salt 1st

2 hours b4 u wash

or just add sea salt to the baking soda

1/2 cup baking soda to 5 cups water 3.5% salinity wich equales 41.4 milliliters or just shy of 3 tablespoons sea salt

mix the bs sea salt and water to break up clumps then pour over your head soaking 10 minutes

rince out the bs/salt mixture well

then add 1-2 tablespoons acv to 5 cups water

pour on then rinse right away
