Desert Essence Organics Lemon Tea Tree Shampoo (Diluting?)

I justreceivedthis and need to know if i should dilute it and how i'm supposed to do that?

great shampoo! just get yourself an empty shampoo bottle and fill it with water, squirt in a couple of squirts of shampoo, shake it up and apply to wet hair. focus on your scalp. rinse really well.
