Just started via the natural method. My sister twist n ripped and she said if she could do it again she would just let it be. So my question is... My hair is medium length and I prefer it to be up when 'messy'. Is this contrindicitive to what the natural method is? Should I leave it down so it knots up easier?

it will dread faster down but its up to u u can find a ballance between dreding fater and being con=mfy
