I began dreads using the backcomb method had them with bands for over a year changing bands monthly at the root, I recently removed the bands from the roots and now I have strays all over the dreads I have acquire are looking weak due to the escaped strays and all the new growth is not locking. I am considering rebanding and crocheting all the strays back in their appropriate dreads and then removing the bands once again. I was them weekly and really want to keep my already established dread size and sections. Any thoughts?

bad bad idea you already screwed up bad by having vbands in a year
thats why your having trouvble
leave the bands out leave the starays alone they will dread themxelves but u got to leave em be
you may lose a few dreads from the mistreatment u already did
bands bnever belong in dreads at all
there will be weak spots from leaving them in
you realize they are suposed to have strau hairs right?
never crochet dreads thats i]=only going to make em far worse
leave em alone no bands
you basicly wasted a year
the bands prevented the movedment needed to dreD right
