Hey Everyone!

I have been looking for a great forum to offer me help with my dreads....and this one seemed perfect.....sooooo HELLO!.....I have been growing my dreads since I was 17 and I just turned23....soo it's been a minute.....but I have been experiencing some problems as I decided to bleach them and it has really thinned out my the hair by my scalp...my dreads are completly fine because I have had them for soo long...I love the blonde but if my hair by my scalp doesn't thicken up it looks silly as it has no volume and lies flat on my head.....does anyone who has bleached their dreads know of anything I can do..? I appreciate all the help....thanks!.....and I hope I get to meet all you cool people on here.

Yeah they are definatly thinner....and it looks patchy in the back unfortunatly...the first time I dyed it it frizzed my dreads out and it looked really good and the second and third time after my hair at the roots feels really soft instead of course like the first time. They may look a little thinner because they are blonde but there was way more volume before....I was thinking of dying my hair a dark pink anyways....I just don't know if my hair can handle bleach/heavy lifters.....

agree leave it natural u can use unsweetened koolaide for a brlliant color without harm its not permenant but iu can acheive a clownlike bright pink if thats what u want without permenant harm to the hair

tho the best thing u could do is let em go natural
