ok about the websites a blogger type site ..is ok but not greart a domain of your own is best
i provide free hosting! the domain name is a couple bucks a year..
i actualy sell the domains and hosting although i have not really made any money at all off it haha i got all the prices set way too low

once you got the domain ill set it up on the hosting then you can (or i cab n for you) install angy blog or other free softwarse like wordpress
once installed its as easy to use as blogger or anything else but more powerful and better because its on your own domain
once your sites ready you can apply to adsense and place ads on your site and im certain it will at least cover the domain name but if u get a reasonable amount of trafic you will actualy earn a bit off the site..not saying it will paty the bills but it will earn more then it costs for the domain
