I was just wondering....I know they are normal and I'm pretty sure they are a good sign to the newly dreaded but what exactly do loops form from and why do they form...Is it the new growth pushing the hair out of the lock only for it to get sucked back in?What is the overall purpose and reason of loops I guess is what I'm trying to ask...

when you tie a knot, ay kinda knot you have to have a loop or 2 to stick the rope through right?
then after you do ad it pulls tight those loops tightwn up
its not complicated you knew this without thinkig about it when you learned to tie your shoes
but now that your actualy trying to figure it out u get easily confused
its all just part of the knotting process

It looks kind of cool...I'm pretty impressed at my progress so far... With only a month in they feel pretty tight...
